Dimock Dairy Co-op, located in the heart of pheasant country, is the oldest cheese plant in South Dakota, opening its doors in 1931. Throughout the years Dimock Dairy has changed little in its cheese production processing, we still make our cheese by hand! Currently the Dairy is owned by a cooperative of 40-45 shareholders.
